POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES
Bayan Audio Limited trading as MIXX Charge uses DHL, APC and Royal Mail to deliver shipments to our customers.
Deliveries to the UK
We offer a free standard delivery service of 1-3 days on all orders to a UK address.
Please note we are unable to provide shipping for the Powerlife range of products to Northern Ireland or Scotland addresses.
Deliveries outside the UK
All shipment charges are based on weight and total order value. MIXX Charge will decide the best shipping method.
Power bank deliveries
Please note power banks cannot be delivered to the following countries and locations:
Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Bahrain, Benin, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Cameroon, Canary Islands, China, Cyprus, Ghana, Gibraltar, Greenland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Indonesia, Iraq, Israel, Ivory Coast, Japan, Kuwait, Laos PDR, Macedonia, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar, Nigeria, Oman, Philippines, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, Ukraine, USA, Vietnam and Virgin Islands.

Deliveries can only be made between Monday to Friday. All orders received after 2.00pm will be processed the following working day.
Please note that a signature may be required for acceptance of the shipment. If no one is available to sign for the shipment, additional charges will be incurred to you for any additional deliveries. Additional deliveries will be charged at 50% of your original delivery charge. Deliveries can be made to residential and commercial addresses as specified on your order subject to successful authorisation from SagePay our secure payment provider.
Please be aware that no deliveries are made on public holidays (in the United Kingdom, European Union and EEA Member States) or between Christmas and the New Year as our office is closed during this period.
Customs Charges – International shipments excluding UK and EU
MIXX Charge does not charge any customs duties on International shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of MIXX Charge. While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order.
MIXX Charge will make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an email telling you how soon we will be able to ship the order. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.
If you are returning a product because of an error on our part, a defect in the product for which we are liable or it is physically damaged due to the delivery, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the product to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us. In other circumstances we will expect you to pay the costs of return.
If you wish to return your product please complete the Contact Form. A member of the Customer Support Team will approve the return by sending you a Customer Return Authorisation Number (CRAN). The CRAN form includes instructions on how to send back the return. You will be required to arrange for the return of goods you are advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
Where we accept that a product is faulty or you are exercising your rights to cancel under statute or as set out in our Product terms and conditions we will reimburse the price of the product together with any delivery charges which we charged for the delivery of the product to you.
You are under a duty to retain possession of the product whilst it is awaiting return to MIXX Charge and to take reasonable care of them during this period.
MIXX Charge does not accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is your responsibility to pack products adequately to prevent damage.
