Orders and shipping

MIXX Charge uses DPD and Royal Mail to deliver shipments to our customers.
You will be presented with shipping options and rates at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen item. We aim to process all orders on the same day provided they are within the timeframes specified below. You will receive an order confirmation email as well as an email to let you know that we've dispatched your order.

Orders received after the 20th will be shipped on Jan 3rd 2023 due to our warehouse closing for Christmas break. We apologise for any inconvenienced caused.  
 

HASSLE FREE RETURNS

If for any reason you decide not to keep the item, you're not fully satisfied or it's no longer required, we will offer a hassle free return or exchange at no cost to you. So that's FREE delivery and FREE returns. We understand and believe it's OK to change your mind. 
 

SECURE PURCHASING

We offer a number of payment methods, all of which are processed in a secure environment. You are fully protected the moment you place an order with us. We do not store your financial details, all payments are processed through a secure payment service. We use an effective anti-fraud scanning technology to detect high risk orders and act on them immediately. You can be confident in knowing that your personal and payment details are secure when placing an order with us and will not be passed on to a third party.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer a free delivery service with Royal Mail or DPD to all UK addresses we are able to ship to. Our express delivery service is provided with DPD and is fully tracked and secure.

Please note we are unable to provide shipping for power banks to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly and Isle of Mann addresses.

If no one is available to sign for the shipment and you are unable to collect from our carrier's depot, additional charges may be incurred for any additional deliveries.


When will my order be despatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm may not be despatched until the following day. 

If ordering a Power Bank, order must be placed by 11am for next day shipping. Order placed after will not be dispatched until the following day. 

When will I receive my order?
Our free service with Royal Mail is delivered within 1-3 business days to a UK address.
If your item ships by DPD Express Delivery it will be delivered within 1-2 business days. This service will require a signature on delivery.

No deliveries take place on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

Am I able to track my order?
Only orders on a DPD Express delivery service are fully trackable. You will receive DPD tracking details via email and will be able to track the progress of your delivery.

Power bank deliveries
Please note power banks cannot be delivered to the following countries and locations: 
Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Bahrain, Benin, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Cameroon, Canary Islands, China, Cyprus, Ghana, Gibraltar, Greenland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Indonesia, Iraq, Israel, Ivory Coast, Japan, Kuwait, Laos PDR, Macedonia, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar, Nigeria, Oman, Philippines, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, Ukraine, USA, Vietnam and Virgin Islands. 
Jan Mayen & Svalbard (Norway) and Ceuta & Melilla (Spain).

For next day shipping, orders must be placed before 11am. Order placed after this time will not be dispatched until the following day.

Shipping costs will depend on the location and total weight of the order. Calculated shipping charges and delivery lead-times will be displayed for you at checkout. As well as standard shipping, we offer an express service provided by DPD which is fully tracked and secure.

When will I receive my order?
Delivery lead-times vary depending on location, we always aim to despatch your order as soon as possible. An estimated delivery time is provided at checkout. Please note that a signature may be required for acceptance of the shipment.

On rare occasions, our carriers experience unforeseen situations and delays due to adverse weather conditions and airport or customs disruptions, this may impact your estimated delivery date.

Am I able to track my order?
Only orders on an Express delivery service are fully trackable. You will receive DPD tracking details via email and will be able to track the progress of your delivery.

Customs Charges – International shipments excluding UK and EU 
MIXX Charge does not charge any customs duties on International shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of MIXX Charge. While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.

Please be aware that no deliveries are made on public holidays (in the United Kingdom, European Union and EEA Member States) or between Christmas and the New Year as our office is closed during this period. 

ORDER AVAILABILITY

MIXX Charge makes every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an email informing you how soon we will be able to ship the order. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.
