You can charge your power bank via the micro USB charging port found on the device. This is located on the top of the C10, C15, Qi5, Qi10, PowerUp 2, PowerUp 4 and Ultra Fast20 power banks and on the right side on Powerlife 1, 2 and Slim. It is located on the base on Powerlife 3. Simply insert the micro USB cable (supplied in the packaging) and connect to a USB mains charger or a USB port on a laptop.
The Ultra Fast20 can also be charged using the Type C port located on the top of the power bank.
The capacity is measured in mAh (milliamp Hours) which can be found on the back of your power bank. Generally the higher the mAh, the longer the battery life.
The charge time will vary depending on the power bank capacity and the power output of your charger. Below are approximate time indications based on using a 2.4A USB mains charger.
5000 mAh power bank - approximately 3 hours to fully charge
10000 mAh power bank - approximately 6 hours to fully charge
15000 mAh power bank - approximately 9 hours to fully charge
20000 mAh power bank - approximately 12 hours to fully charge
You can charge the Ultra Fast20 power bank using a Type C cable. If you are using a 18W Power Delivery (PD) source you can charge this at the below rate:
20000 mAh UltraFast20 - approximately 4 hours to fully charge
The battery indicator on your power bank will flash while being charged:
PowerUp2, PowerUp 4, Powerlife 1 and Powerlife 2 have a 4 level battery indicator. Each LED will flash until all 4 LEDs are lit.
Powerlife 3 has a digital LCD display, this will show the charging status displaying the word 'IN' to indicate that it is charging and the current battery level as a percentage.
Powerlife Slim has a single battery indicator which will flash red until it is fully charged.
C10 / C15 / Qi5 / Qi10 / Ultra Fast20 power banks have a digital LCD display that shows the current battery level as a percentage. While the power bank is charging up, the power level indicator display will flash. Once it reaches 100 it is fully charged (100%).
